The Ladma Business Plan
HSBC rang me the other day to enquire if the Ladma business account required more credit. As the unofficial Ladma accountant I am proud to say that we have always been in the black so I refused the offer. Anyway the HSBC representative asked if expanding was in the Ladma business plan. I suddenly realised that we have never officially drawn up a buisiness plan. Making comedy was always a secondary objective when compared to making a lot of money so it's strange that we left this vital step out.
